4-Week Deal Sourcing Programme – £1,500 

Programme Structure 

Week 1 

One 2-hour introductory Zoom call.

• Overview of deal sourcing, compliance, how to find deals, and how to analyse property  opportunities. 

Week 2 

• Viewing Day: Six to eight viewings booked in advance. Students split into pairs and learn how  to confidently assess properties. 

Week 3 

One 2 hour Zoom session focusing on packaging deals: 

o Deal pack structure. 

o Numbers and due diligence. 

o How to present deals professionally. 

Week 4 

Investor Day at The Belfry (10 am–3pm approx.). 

• Students meet investors, practise pitching, receive feedback, and understand how investors think.
